While our name gives our office location we are available to assist you with all your conveyancing needs throughout New South Wales. We are located in the centre of Blackheath (at the top of the Blue Mountains) and have a ground floor office for easy access for all clients. Of course for those not able to attend our office we are available for conferences by telephone and email.

We are fully licensed (licence number 1223563) and carry full professional indemnity insurance. We have been operating since 2003.

We are experienced in all aspects of conveyancing including sale and purchase of both property and businesses, leasing, refinancing, rural properties including subdivisions.

We can also assist first home buyers with their stamp duty exemptions and First Home Owners Grant applications. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and efficiency.
